EQUIPMENT RENTAL

 *Customers will be asked to sign and agree to this policy during the rental process.  

*If you feel there is an issue with the rented equipment, DO NOT continue to use it. Please give us a call or bring it back to Sun Brite Supply with your concerns.

Customers are responsible for knowing what equipment they need. If you rent the wrong equipment and either need an exchange or just return it, you will be charged a $20 stock fee but will receive a refund for that equipment specifically. After 1 hour of having the equipment, there are no refunds for the rental.

As the renter, I understand I am fully responsible for any damages caused to the equipment while in my use. This includes damages caused by willful abuse, serious negligence, and misuse of the equipment. I will use this equipment properly and safely. I will not operate this equipment under the influence of any controlled substance (Drugs) or alcohol.

If the equipment is not returned on the return date stated above, customers will be automatically charged an additional 4 hour rate every 4 hours until the equipment is returned. If I need the equipment longer than the date stated above, I will call Sun Brite Supply to confirm an extension on my rental.  Failure to return equipment on time or failure to use equipment properly on multiple occasions may prohibit me from renting equipment from Sun Brite Supply in the future.

*$2 will be charged for a full tank of gas for equipment. Some equipment may require oil/gas mix and it is preferred for Sun Brite Supply to fill the tank to prevent damage to the equipment.
